St. Patrick's Day
Tay and Tierney frosting the extra four leaf clovers we made for Tierney's preschool.

Tierney loves any holiday. We had to go shopping for shirts for school today. Then they were supposed to bring something green for show and tell. Well guess what she picked sugar cookies. So her and Marshall went and bought a four leaf clover cut out. Then I made the cookies and luckily Marshall helped frost them since we needed 27! It was a hit at school. She was so excited for school today. It is the first day that we let her go on a late start and stay until the end of the day. On these days we normally keep her home. So between the holiday and getting to go to school for most of a day she was really excited. I have to say that our house was so quiet today. With both the girls at school and Marshall sleeping it was painfully quiet!

What a week...
I am not sure where to begin but the past week has been pretty much crappy. We got a letter from the school nurse that if Tierney didn't have some shot re-done that they wouldn't let her go to school anymore. I knew her shots were fine because she had a physical before school and we had discussed them with her doctor. But I took her in anyway. The nurse at the doctor's office couldn't understand why the school nurse was saying that either. Well since we were there we just decided to do her kindergarten shots and physical rather than coming back again in a few months. Well apparently Tierney's iron is low and she had bacteria in her urine. Luckily I got the results yesterday and nothing grew so we just need to push the fluids and try to hold off on her having to be on an antibiotic. Oh and she needs to be taking vitamins to see if that will help with the iron. Oh yes and I had a cyst on my head that began hurting and got quite large so I had the doctor look at that. Well as a result I got a shot in the head to numb it and have it removed. He said it is the biggest one he has ever removed... nice. This resulted in stitches in my head that need to come out Monday and a lot of pain this week. Last night I finally stopped taking pain meds... we are still waiting the results of the cyst. I can't even think what else has happened this week other than our dog was sick again and I had to reschedule is very much needed haircut. I think the dog has been sick more than the kids this year!
