We celebrated a late Father's Day with Grandpa Lewie last weekend. We didn't get many pictures taken. I love the goofy one with grandpa and the kids.

Tay had to ride alone on the tilt a whirl... the rest of us thought we'd get sick if we rode.

The girls and I went to the fair last week with Nate, Hailey, Nana, and Papa. The girls had a blast especially Tierney and Hailey. They had to do the bouncy house twice. Tay even got to play bingo with Nana.

Here are some pictures from Father's Day with Papa. We had plans to go fishing at their pond but it ended up raining so we ended up just grilling and hanging out inside.

Tierney Ball

Here are some pictures of Tierney playing ball. She loves ball but was upset that they didn't "verse anyone besides New Hampton". There were close to sixty kids out for ball in her age group so they divided up and played each other. Lately she is very concerned about learning how to pitch. We are trying to explain that the girls don't pitch until third grade but she doesn't care because Tay's team pitches so she thinks she needs to know how!

Busy

We have been so busy the past few weeks I haven't had time to get anything posted. Both of the girls had ball and swim lessons. We have also been busy just running. We were going to go to the water park today but my sensible husband decided we should stay home and hang out and grill tonight. I already bought the water park tickets so we will plan to do that in a couple of weeks. I will start working on getting everything posted so you can see what the girls have been up to.

I do have to share a couple of funny things Tierney has said. She is very competitive and wants to do everything Taylor does. Well after one of her games she informed us that she kept blocking the base so people couldn't go to it. We tried to explain that you don't block bases but I don't think she cares. Then she finished swim lessons on Monday and came out with her sheet and informed me that she failed. She was about crying and I asked her why she thought she failed. "Because of all the x's". I had to explain that those are good and all of hers were marked because she passed each of those areas. I'm not sure she believed me until I read the nice note her teacher wrote about her doing so well in the water.

Missing Front Tooth

Tierney's front tooth has been loose for weeks and crooked for at least the past week. She worked and worked at it to get it out but it was hanging on by a root. Then she decided to leave it alone and didn't want anyone to touch. That was real nice since it was crooked in her mouth and made me sick looking at it. Well today she was running and tripped. When she sat up Tay noticed her mouth was all bloody... the tooth flew out. After some searching the girls found it. I can't believe how much older she looks without that tooth. She is so excited for the tooth fairy to come tonight!

We planned a camping trip about a month ago for last weekend with Uncle Nate and Hailey. The girls were talking about going for a couple weeks and were so excited. On Friday after looking at the weather forecast we debated if we should go but ended up deciding to give it a try. Well Friday was perfect weather and even Saturday morning. Shortly after our late breakfast it started to lightly rain so we decided the kids could watch a movie. Well after calling dad who said the rain was going to last we decided to pack up. Of course as soon as we started packing up it started pouring. Tay was a great help. Her, Marshall, Nate, and I ended up soaked. Since we headed home early we decided to take the girls to Chuckee Cheese since we weren't camping a second night. They had a blast!
