The girls have been wanting to feed the ducks in Charles City after we go swimming on Fridays. Well I always forget to bring bread to feed them so we decided to go over and feed them today since it was a beautiful day but to cold to swim. There were several geese which were following the girls around and I think they both got a little scared especially when the geese were fighting the ducks for the bread (and feathers were flying). Needless to say I am not sure it was as much fun as they thought it would be. Afterwards Tierney said she wished should could have petted a duck... which just made me laugh. Of course we then had to take a few pictures of them outside. It was a very nice afternoon.
